Leadership
Our Head of Production and co-founder Aleks Ugarow has over two decades of experience in post-production having worked on numerous award-winning commercials with an impressive roster of advertising clients including BBH, Adam&EveDDB, Saatchi & Saatchi & McCann.
As well as his vast experience in commercials, he has also worked on a number of award winning Netflix series and has a wealth of experience in both creative and management roles.
As a result, our clients and team love having Aleks produce their projects. His in-depth knowledge and creative flair often elevate the projects as well as making sure they run smoothly and stay within budget.
